Pay It Forward Scotland has launched its fourth Yoga & Cake Festival on 1st Dec 2018, with the Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) being the chosen beneficiary. All proceeds from the event went directly to helping fund the services offered by ERCC, who were celebrating their 40th year of providing free and confidential emotional and practical support to people who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives. Over 100 yogis visited the festival and our wee market with lovely offerings from Edinburgh Beetroot Café, Neal's Yard, Karma Art, Mala's by Clare. Big thanks to all the people, studios and shops who donated their baked goodies and raffle prizes (click on the Friends of PIF link to see who they are).

In 2017 we supported & raised funds for PF Counselling, donating just shy of a whopping £1200! This would not have been possible without ALL of your help, so thank you! PF Counselling provide a vital service to many people who may not have the means to pay for it. We’d like to say a huge thank you to you all for spending the day with us, but also - thanks to all who donated but couldn’t make it, we so appreciate your generosity & support. We’re also really grateful to everyone who donated their wonderful home baking for our event. Big thanks to the stall holders who came along; Edinburgh Beetroot Café, NeedCake, Neal's Yard Remedies, Onie Tibbitt from KnotStressed, Holy Cow and our amazingly talented photographer Sally Taylor. We’d also like to thank Jilla Active who raised funds from their 2 day sample sale in London and donated all their proceeds to us. With live music from Alberto's Cat, which features our very own Kat Aydin on vocals, to close the day, it was a huge success and our hearts are full! We cannot convey our gratitude.
