Pay It Forward Scotland Yoga & Cake Festival Saturday 5th September 2020 10am - 4pm Cornerstone Centre at St John's Episcopal Church Princes Street, Edinburgh
Pay It Forward Scotland is back for its fifth Yoga & Cake Festival! The Festival brings people together for a fun, relaxing day of yoga, cake and connection, and all for a good cause. We like to keep things local and in previous years have supported a variety of Edinburgh-based charities. This year our chosen beneficiary is Edinburgh Food Project. The organisation has 200 volunteers and covers the north west, centre and east of the city, issuing 1000 food parcels per month.
The Pay It Forward Scotland team is made up of a group of yoga teachers and practitioners who share their love of both yoga and cake to benefit the local community. Five yoga classes of differing style will be offered throughout the day, suitable for all levels from those wishing to bend and sweat to those looking for some serious calm and relaxation. Cakes from local suppliers range from raw, vegan, gluten-free and other variations for the health-conscious, to the most decadent and delicious for those looking to indulge. We will also offer yummy vegan and vegetarian salads, available to buy. This event is open to everyone regardless of age, health condition or yoga experience.
The Festival Pass costs just £25 per person and provides access to the venue for the whole day, attendance at all of the five classes, a cake and drink, and a Pay It Forward wristband. We’ll have a raffle on the day with tickets costing £2, and plenty of prizes!
Please bring your own mat if you have one. A limited number of mats will be available on the day.
