Meet our team

We are a group of Yoga teachers and practitioners who believe in the power of Yoga to make a difference in people’s lives.  As well as the benefits yoga brings to each of us individually, we love to use Yoga to bring communities together for the benefit of all.  We have formed the ‘Pay It Forward Scotland’ team to organise fundraising events to raise money for charity.  We like to keep things on a grassroots level and community-based, so we aim to support local charities and form partnerships with small, local businesses.
Our mission is simple: We do good, for people that need a bit of good in their lives.

Kat Aydin is the founder and passionate promoter of Pay it Forward Scotland, as well as an experienced yoga & dance teacher, artist and singer. Karma Yoga Edinburgh was born from Kat’s desire to make yoga accessible and fun while building a strong sense of community where people support each other, build friendships and promote selfless service. Kat teaches Vinyasa, Pregnancy/Postnatal Yoga, Yin, Restorative and Gentle Yoga. Kat embodies the values of Pay It Forward Scotland - she gives her time and skills teaching a women-only group for those affected by domestic violence, and previously taught yoga to cancer patients and survivors at Maggie’s Centre and teenagers with cancer at Western General Hospital. More info: www.karmayogaedinburgh.com
